Position Background

Seeking a creative, resourceful, marketing-minded Digital Content Producer who can work on a per-project basis that can ideate and oversee themed and product-based video and photo shoots.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Participate in the ideation, development, scheduling and production of online digital video and photography assets that support the brand strategy and business objectives
  • Source talent, locations, videographers, editors, sound, graphics, photographers and other production resources as/if needed
  • Shoot and Edit short form videos as needed and oversee FB Live & IGTV content
  • Create and maintain a searchable asset resource library
  • Deep understanding of and experience with video production, editorial, graphics & photography
  • Competency in related tools and software, including but not limited to Premiere & Photoshop
  • Detail-oriented, extremely organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a timely manner with very minimal supervision
  • Creative problem-solver and strategic thinker who brings passion, enthusiasm and new ideas

Account Manager

Seeking a creative and experienced Digital Account Manager to partner with Lovely to develop compelling digital advertising opportunities and media plans in response to RFPs and leads as well as proactively for advertisers and advertising agencies.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
2.5+ years experience in Digital Media or Customer Service

Passion for digital marketing

Knowledge of digital media math and how to apply calculations; proficiency in working with and managing numbers – CPMs and overall metrics

Familiar with Google Analytics

Detail oriented and organized

Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and with general Web based interfaces

Experience working with Double Click for Publishers and other relevant 3rd party adservers

Ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment

A “get it done” attitude with ability to multi-task

A positive team collaborator who can also work remotely

Create media plans for all digital programs, including procuring the information required to complete the media plan, such as inventory availability, targeting data and production costs

Fill out all agency media templates and spec sheets

Acts as liaison between Ad Ops and Sales

Provides Sales with performance reports in a digestible presentation when requested

Proposes optimization recommendations, in partnership with analytics if necessary

Create and maintain detailed/accurate files for each client for whom you are responsible

Demonstrates highly organized campaign/timeline management, with strong attention to detail

The focus of this position is to bring referral leads to Lovely while earning a generous commission of 25% or more depending on the closing price per project. You earn your commission even if we close or help close the client you brought in!

Ability to call cold, warm, and hot leads

Comfortable working on commission bases, receiving bonuses or higher percentages depending on the project

Proven successful sales and account management experience a must

Proven ability to build strong relationships
